I explained how Beyond Medicine has helped me with the pain in my knees and lower back. I had been almost completely bald for a very long time. I had visited a hair specialist in London but no avail. I now feel like a new woman!

I visited the clinic of Beyond Medicine at Water Dale Centre for the first time on 16th November 2004. I shall remember this date because prior to it, I was very sickly and poorly. I have too many health problems including arthritis in my joints. I came to Beyond Medicine not because of the .arthritis but because of the pain inside my right ear. I was almost deaf in my right ear. I could not hear properly without a hearing aid. I was referred to a specialist by my G.P. The specialist thinks that the problem has something to do with my arthritis. Deep inside me, I knew there was something more to it. I was giving a very through examination by Beyond Medicine when I first visited them. Dr. Lee thought there was a very bad infection to start. To make a long story short, I am now hearing properly without a hearing aid. The numerous health problem that I once had are now almost completely gone and that includes the arthritis in my joints. I only have very minor discomfort now and then. I am still continuing as a patient but firmly believe that before long, I will be a complete new woman again.

My full name is Carol Ann Hines. I have been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis 25 years ago. As we all know, rheumatoid arthritis is an incurable disease.

My G.P. has been prescribing painkillers of all sorts. The pain in my neck, shoulders and back can be excruciating at times. I also have a host of other health conditions and they are too numerous to mention. Taking prescribed medication is the daily routine.
